When a nonconformance occurs, including Customer complaints, we shall as follows, with the corrective action being appropriately tailored to the overall risk to product conformity:

Triad will continaully improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the QMS. The results of analysis, outputs from management review, nonconformance investigations or opportunities identified shall be addressed as part of continual improvement. The effectiveness shall then be monitored.
