ISO 13485 is intended to facilitate global alignment of appropriate regulatory requirements that apply to the QMS for organizations involved in one or more stages in the life-cycle of a medical devices. While ISO 13485 is a stand-alone International Standard, it is based on ISO 9001:2015. Please follow this link to ISO 13485 Annex B to review the correspondence between ISO 13485 and ISO 9001:2015.

Triad developed and implemented a quality management system (QMS) in order to document the company's best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers in the aerospace field and improve the overall management of the company. The QMS is in the form of an online manual.
The Triad QMS meets the requirements of the International Standard AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015; further mention of the QMS and it's compliance will simply be referred to AS9100 in terms of standard/level.
The online manual is divided into sections that directly correlate to the seven quality principles and supporting processes. Each section will briefly describe the quality principle (referred to as 'clause'), then provide links to the unique Triad processes and procedures implemented to comply with said quality principle.

Revision history is maintained in the software used to publish the manual and is section specific. Revision evidence in terms of date of revision can be collected during on-site Registrar or Customer audits.
